Consultation

We'll begin by talking about locations. I can send you information about cities and neighborhoods that interest you. We can then talk about what you are looking for in your new home and begin discussing financing options. If you don't already have a lender you've been talking to, I'll introduce you to one I trust so you can start finding out what your financing strategy should be.

Property search

I'll begin the search for possible homes that meet your needs. I'll send you information from the local MLS on homes that match your needs, and if any of them sound interesting to you, I'll take digital pictures of the inside and outside and email them to you.

Relocation packet and city guide

When we have found you your home, I will provide you with a packet of maps and lists of restaurants, shopping, transportation, schools, places of worship, etc. Whatever information you need, I can find it for you - just ask!
